Dr. Romina Heymann is an experienced chemistry instructor with over 15 years of teaching, tutoring, and learning design — and more than 10,000 hours of one-on-one tutoring experience. Her career spans college teaching assistantships, high school classrooms, and a thriving private tutoring practice, giving her a deep understanding of how students learn (and struggle) at every level.
Dr. Heymann’s teaching philosophy centers on courage, connection, and growth. She believes that learning chemistry isn’t just about memorizing reactions and formulas, but about building confidence, embracing mistakes as part of the process, and developing resilience through understanding.
